Please take a look at the various immigration pathways available below.

Student Visa

From pre-K to colleges Canada offers a wide rage of educational opportunities. Due to high class education and prestige that Canadian colleges hold many parents look at Canada as ideal educational opportunities.

Adults who are considering enhancing their careers while pursuing opportunities in a new country also look to Canada for similar reasons since it can mean better educational opportunities for themselves and also their children.

Spouse/Family Sponsorship

Canada is an international country where virtually everyone has family abroad. If you are interested in sponsoring your spouse or family members, please contact us so that we can discuss the specific immigration pathways available to your unique situation. No two person are the same and in a similar note no two immigration cases are identical. Before deciding on how to sponsor someone it is best to know about all the potential methods.

Express Entry / Provincial Nominee Program

Express Entry is a point-based system where those with higher points are prioritized for selection. The points are based on number of factors such as your age, education, etc. If you qualify for any of the three Express Entry programs it will likely be your quickest path of immigration for you.

Canadian Experience Class – For skilled workers who have Canadian work experience.

Federal Skilled Worker Program – For skilled workers with foreign work experience.

Federal Skilled Trades Program – For skilled workers who are qualified in a skilled trade.

Provincial Nominee Programs can be used in conjunction or separately from the Express Entry program. Applicants are able to obtain additional points if they have approval from a nominee program, virtually guaranteeing acceptance due to higher points. There are also specialized nominee programs which are outside of Express Entry scope such as entrepreneur programs. It should also be noted that every province has different programs and requirements depending on that province’s current needs.

LMIA / Employment Immigration

If you are being hired as a foreign worker your future employer in Canada will likely be required to provide a LMIA or Labour Market Impact Assessment for your position. LMIA process is designed to confirm the need of a foreign worker to fill a job position in Canada instead of a person who is already qualified to work in Canada.

Since this process can be technical, we guide both our clients and their job sponsors through the process so that the LMIA can be done correctly the first time around. Whether you are pursuing employment in Canada through the Express Entry or other pathways we can assist with the LMIA process to make the process a little easier for you.
